Since 1995, my career opportunities & challenges have taken me to more than 30 countries, ranging from Brazil, Mexico & US, through large number of European countries, all the way to India, Thailand & Japan... Some of these countries were for standard business travel, but I've lived in the United States, Latvia or United Kingdom as part of my previous roles and deployments.
My roles included four years of Chief Information Officer and Group Chief Information Officer, responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology Operations & Compliance, transformations and general people management. I've been involved in exciting and challenging digital business transformations in the role of a change leader, advisor and delivery manager.

Work
My consulting & delivery work included transformations in large banks & insurance companies in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Austria and several other countries. I was commended for being able to formulate & communicate a vision, mobilise commitment throughout the organisation and execute to deliver desired transformation outcomes. I start by defining the most suitable transformation path for issues related to organisation, process, communication or performance, I build and transform teams and organisations with rewarding results.
Process optimization
I've led & delivered work to identify process improvement opportunities & bottlenecks, measure, evaluate & formulate transformation roadmap to increase efficiency & reduce total cost of ownership. I've built and developed my skills & experience through sixteen years with GE’s 6Sigma quality framework & I am certified BlackBelt. Passionate about digitization, automation & blending promise of technology with uniqueness of human talent.
Crisis project management
Formulate problem/demand, develop options, reach consensus on solution & execution. Unnumbered portfolio of various implementations, upgrade or decommissioning projects, often under direct supervisory or regulatory oversight. I've been asked to come in, evaluate & assess, take over and deliver initiatives that have evolved in ways that were less than ideal. This included some projects worth as much as EUR 50 million.
